The prices of our products are in USD (United States Dollar) and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur. Payments must be made in full before the shipment of products.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight. Delivery times may vary based on availability, shipping method, and your location. We offer free shipping to any order that is larger than 1000 sft of material.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, subject to our return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note, custom-made colors are non-returnable, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returning shipping fee is to be paid by customer.

6. Warranty

Woodplank offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for 15 years. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers the cost of replacing or repairing defective products. However, it does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

• Standard Warranty: All standard products are covered under a 15-year warranty. This warranty includes protection against material defects, fading, cracking, or other surface issues for the specified time period.

• Custom Color Warranty: Custom-made colors are subject to the same warranty, but specific terms may vary depending on the type of finish applied.

To qualify for the warranty, customers must register their product within 90 days of project completion. Please fill out and submit the applicable warranty form, which can be found on our website. If you encounter a product defect, please contact us to file a warranty claim, including photos and your order details.

To submit a warranty claim, please send all required information, including photos and your invoice, to sales@plankproduct.com. Our quality control team will review the issue and provide guidance on resolving the claim.
