Shipping Rates and Methods:
We offer shipping within the United States. Each order is custom-made, and free shipping is available for orders over 1,000 square feet. Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are calculated based on the order quantity and chosen finishes. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times will be provided.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.​

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. [If applicable: We also do not offer shipping to certain countries due to shipping restrictions.]
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Woodplank purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return the product according to the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns:
Products can be returned within [insert time frame—e.g., 30 days] of receiving your order. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of the order. Customers are also responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Custom-made colors (not available on the website) are non-returnable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@plankproduct.com. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days after the claim has been submitted.Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at sales@plankproduct.com. Damaged or defective items will be replaced within 15 days of delivery.
